The United States Supreme Court just released their decisions on three LGBTQ+ discrimination cases. We are thrilled that the Court has ruled that LGBTQ+ workers are, indeed, protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. THLA is working with our local, state, and national partners to assess this ruling. Stay tuned for a statement.
