The Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association is pleased to present: LGBTQ+ Employee Benefits: Ensuring Equal Access To Gender Affirming Care, a virtual CLE program.  The program will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Keeping track of the law applicable to employee benefits can be disorienting at best, but LGBTQ+ access to benefits represents a unique area of law that leaves many baffled. Join us for an educational program that will disentangle the often opaque requirements of employee benefits and provide clarity on the rights of LGBTQ+ employees.

This program provides 1.0 MCLE credit.
