Keynote Speaker:   Ambassador Rufus Gifford

Rufus Gifford was appointed by President Obama as the Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, and served in that capacity from 2013 – 2017.  He is featured in the two-season Danish documentary “I Am The Ambassador,” which is available on NetFlix.  He also served as the finance director for President Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012, and he is informally known as President Obama’s “ambassador to the gay community.”  He is a Federal Club Member of the Human Rights Campaign and a Partner in Conservation for the World Wildlife Fund. He is currently running for Congress in Massachusetts’ Third Congressional District.
